8:00-10:00 a.m. - Drums Alive® - The Rhythm is Gonna Get You!

Credits: .2 ACE, 1.5 AFAA

Experience the dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this high-energy dance and rhythm celebration. Combine exciting aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythms of the drums. It is a workout for the entire body, mind and spirit! Drums Alive is also a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental balance. Break the rules, open the door, and enter the new dimension of fitness.
No equipment needed

10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.- CSI - Los Angeles: Cardio Strength Interval

Credits: .2 ACE, 1.5 AFAA

This action packed, total body workout seamlessly blends proven strength with exciting cardio in a fun & functional ball workout that delivers agility, speed, power, balance and unbelievable core control.
Equipment needed: Stability Ball

12:30-1:00 p.m. - Lunch and shopping
